Our managing Director is Mr. Jorge Apolo, one of the most well-known estate agents here in Quinta do Lago. He was born in the Algarve and has spent all his working life in the Quinta do Lago area. In 1992 he established his own Real Estate Company. When Quinta Shopping was built, in 1998, Lago Real was opened as a sister company to Mr. Apolo´s first Company. In 2004 yet another sub-company of Lago Real was opened in the area. Needless to say Lago Real benefits from an ample source of property options to suite all tastes, budget requirements and location preferences as we have a very strong property data base.

Our Primary Sales Consulant is Miss Nelia Mascarenhas, who has been with the company since early 2005. Having moved to Portugal from Canada in 2000 she is very professional and service oriented, priding herself on always providing our clients with the best quality of service. Having attended one of the most prestigious Universities in Canada she has a very vast and high level Education, A university degree in Sociology, a College degree in Human Resources Consulting, as well as Portuguese Certificate in Real Estate Mediation, she is obviously a very articulate English speaker. Nelia came to Lago Real with over 4 years proven real estate sales background in Quinta do Lago and Surrounding areas. Being a real connoisseur of the area and always up-to-date, she'll always be available and happy to help you with any questions you may have. Service with a lovely SMILE !

In charge of the Administration, Management and Lettings is Mrs. Sílvia Valente, also a fluent speaker of English. Having a college degree on Managing and Secretariat, she is very organized and knows how things are administered in Portugal. She will take full responsibility for the running of your property off your hands whether you are letting it out or retaining it as a holiday home. She will be the sweet voice who answers the phone when you call.

Our Junior  Office Assistant and the newest member of the Lago Real Team is Miss Lucia Filipe also a native algarvean - raised right on the Algarve Coast!  The Administrative right arm of Our Sales Consultant, Lucia is dedicated to keeping Lago Real Organized and our property data base with Up-to-date information - a truly valueable responsibility.  Lucia is also appraised of all the Adminstration and Management details as she often assits Silvia in her vast and very important duties.  Lucia comes to our team with experience in Hotel Reception and Tourism Guidance.  Lucia is the youngest and sweetest memeber of our team always so happy to receive you upon your visit to Lago Real.
